Join us in Kansas City this summer for four days of business, fellowship, and celebration. The 2026 National Convention runs Thursday, July 30 through Sunday, August 2, hosted by Pi Epsilon Alpha at the Wyndham Garden Kansas City Airport.

Convention opens Thursday afternoon with welcome and sign-in. Members arriving early can join an optional group visit to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art — a free public art museum and one of Kansas City’s signature destinations — before we gather for the Thursday Night Reception. Friday and Saturday are our business days, with chapter meetings, votes, and the formal work of Phi Beta. Friday includes a midday lunch and an evening performance, with dinner on your own to explore the city. Saturday closes with our Awards Banquet, honoring the contributions of members across the country. Sunday is goodbyes and travel home.

Hotel reservations

Reserve your room at the Wyndham Garden Kansas City Airport using our group block. Our negotiated rate is available for stays between July 29 and August 2, 2026. Use group code 072926PHI when booking.

The room block closes on June 29, 2026. After that date, rooms at the group rate may no longer be available. If the booking link doesn’t work, call the hotel directly and ask for the Phi Beta Fraternity Convention block.
