Every Phi Beta National Convention takes a community to make happen. From the meals at our chapter meetings to the Saturday night Awards Banquet to the program book that captures it all — every piece is funded through the support of Phi Beta — people and businesses like you who believe in this fraternity and want to see our members gather.

Whether you’re attending convention or supporting from afar, sponsoring is one of the most meaningful ways to be part of the 2026 gathering. You can underwrite a specific moment of the weekend, send a collegiate member who couldn’t otherwise attend, or simply contribute to the fund that keeps the lights on.

What you can sponsor

The form below lets you direct your sponsorship to whichever piece of the weekend you’d like to support — the appetizers at Thursday night’s reception, the Friday night performance, meals and refreshments throughout the weekend, the convention signage and banner, or the general fund that covers supplies, transportation, and the dozens of small costs that add up. You can also sponsor a collegiate member directly, helping cover their full registration, a hotel night, or partial travel costs. Select as many opportunities as you’d like in a single submission — your contributions combine into one total.

Some opportunities have limited sponsor slots — the form shows how many remain for each and will close an item once it’s filled. If you have questions about a specific opportunity, our National President is happy to help.

How sponsors are recognized

Your total contribution determines your recognition tier. Friends of Phi Beta is the entry level — any amount earns recognition at the convention and in the awards program. From there, contributions of $100, $200, $300, and $500+ unlock progressively richer recognition: an advertisement or note in The Rose Petal at $100 (Rose), recognition on our social media at $200 (Violet), recognition on the Phi Beta website at $300 (Gold), and special recognition at the convention itself at $500 and up (Pearl). Tiers are cumulative — a Pearl sponsor receives every benefit available to the lower tiers plus their own.

After you submit the form, you’ll receive instructions for sending us an advertisement, business logo, or recognition copy if you’d like to provide one.

Important details

Phi Beta Fraternity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 36-6085131); your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Your confirmation email will serve as your record of contribution.

The sponsor cutoff is July 20, 2026. After that date, the form will close so we can finalize the printed program and convention signage.

If you’d prefer to be recognized anonymously, just note that in the Notes section of the form, and we’ll honor your preference across all recognition channels.

Thursday Reception Appetizers — $150
Sponsor the appetizers at our Thursday night welcome reception. Limited to one sponsor.
Friday Night Performance — $50
Sponsor our Friday night performance, including space in the printed program. Limited to one sponsor.
Convention Signage & Banner — $50
Sponsor the production of Phi Beta’s signage and banner for the 2026 National Convention. Limited to two sponsors.
Meals & Refreshments — $50 minimum
Help cover meals and refreshments throughout convention — Friday lunch, the awards banquet, coffee and snacks at sessions, and more. Up to 25 sponsors.
Optional additional contribution beyond the $50 minimum — leave blank or $0.00 if you’d like to give just the $50.
Sponsor a Collegiate Member

Help one of our collegiate members attend convention by covering all or part of their costs. Enter how many you’d like to sponsor in each category — leave at 0 for any you don’t want to support.

Cover one collegiate member’s full convention registration.
Cover one collegiate member’s hotel night.
Help defray a collegiate member’s general expenses (meals, travel, incidentals).
Help cover the unbudgeted day-to-day costs of running convention — supplies, transportation, hospitality, and the inevitable last-minute needs. Enter any amount you’d like to give; $25 is a suggested starting point.
