Our convention this year is July 25-28, 2024. We’ll be using the Aloft location in Westerville, OH. The hotel address is 32 Heatherdown Drive, Westerville, OH 43081. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at noon.
Welcome and sign-in will be on Thursday, the 25th. Our business meeting days will be Friday and Saturday, July 26th and 27th, respectively. We will have the Pitabilities food truck on Friday for our dinner option. Saturday’s banquet and awards will be at TAT (https://tatitalian.net/). The address is 1210 S James Rd, Columbus, OH 43227.

Here’s the advice the representative gave to make the link work for the correct price: $119/night plus tax (17.5%): “You need to select the exact dates for the reservation. On the link, your attendees need to select the exact dates in which they are staying, and it will definitely pull up the $119. If they see a “sold out” message, they did not select the exact dates in which they are staying.”
Please remember the room rates are only good until July 12, 2024. After that, finding a room at the Aloft Westerville Hotel may be difficult.
